Up to 2 bank or credit card accounts and a modest monthly transaction volume (for example, up to about 75–100 transactions). Monthly categorization of income and expenses in QuickBooks Online. Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Email support for clarifying questions during the month.
Small Team - from $725/month
For small, for‑profit service businesses with a bit more activity (typically 2–5 people). Up to 4 bank or credit card accounts and moderate transaction volume (for example, up to about 150–200 transactions per month). Everything in Solo Service Starter, plus: Simple accounts receivable posting (customer invoices and payments in QBO). Simple accounts payable posting (vendor bills or paid expenses). Basic payroll journal entries (your payroll provider still runs payroll). Monthly email summary highlighting any unusual items or trends.
Package Plus
For growing businesses with higher volumes, larger teams, or special projects. When you need extra help or add-on options like account setup, full-service payroll processing, history clean-up, excise taxes, or maybe you require more in-depth reporting and analyses. We'll assess your situation and tailor a solution to fit your specific needs. Hourly rates provide the most flexibility, and may vary depending on complexity.
